The PEER CONNECTION database is designed to facilitate the networking connection among participating MIT Sloan alumni. It capitalizes on the expertise, motivation and vision of the alumni themselves and provides a clearinghouse for accomplished and aspiring professionals. To reap full rewards do three things:

1. Fill out the profile completely, including ‘passion’;
2. Upload your recent Resume/CV – this enables Key Word search;
3. Participate in the system, try it out, explore your areas of endeavor with other alumni.

Once you have registered on either the MIT Sloan Job Board and Resume Database or the Alumni-Student Mentor Program you are a ‘Returning User’ and your Username and Password are the same for all these sites.
